It is mandatory for all the client to give the proper manpower requisition and discuss and approve the execution plan of recruitment. Execution plan states the entire process of recruitment – from requisition – locating the talent – forwarding to client – short listing by client – arranging preliminary interview – further interview – final interview – selection / rejection – offer – joining. Until candidates join the organization our recruitment consultants will be in regular contact with the candidates to ensure successful recruitment.
