Letter of Intent - client company provides the information formally by issuing letter of intent, they mention all the information about the proposed staffing requirement.
Partnering Agreement - we enter into contractual agreement. In the Temp Staffing Agreement - contractual relationship and the role and responsibility are defined. Resourcium act as an employer for contract manpower and take full responsibility for all employment related and legal matters i.e. salary , Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Contribution, Income Tax, Professional Tax , leaves and holidays records, bonus / ex-gratia or any other records as per the policies of Human Resources Division and the applicable statutory government regulations.
Sourcing - after entering into agreement our team starts locating candidates through our various sourcing strategies.
Screening - we identify the required skills, experience and the critical attributes for successful placement and get final approval from client.
Selection & Placement - we make an offer after client approves the candidate. Candidate becomes the associate of Resourcium and he/she is given the assignment letter and placed at clients work places.

Managing day-to-day operations - Client companies outsource their day – to – day operations management, non core and semi core activities to Resourcium by finalizing the deal based on the mutual cost benefit analysis.
Temping - Resourcium locates the associates / employees as per the clients requirements and place them with your company / work places. You takes the services of employee on a contract or project basis.
Payrolling - In this process client companies locate, select the associates / employees as per their requirements and the specification and put them on Resourcium payroll.
Contract - to - Absorb / Hire - In this process we place a Resourcium employee with your company to work on a contract basis. When the contract or project ends, your company has an option to absorb him / her on your company roll by paying absorption charges.
